Logistics and environmental accounting "Žalvaris +"

As part of reorganisation of its waste collection system, UAB Žalvaris was the first in the country to implement fully automated logistics system (ALS).

This system is aimed at maximum optimisation of all processes and reduction of pollution in planning collection routes and transparent declaration of managed waste quantities.

Automated logistics system consists of several parts: system of transport and logistics, environmental protection and financial accounting.

ALS provides the possibility of real-time monitoring of all waste movement flows, i.e. precisely identifying how waste is moving and to what destination, how much and at what places different types of waste have accumulated, how much waste is processed, recycled, exported and imported.

The hazardous waste collection logistics system implemented by UAB Žalvaris is used to control not only the Company's branches set up in the largest towns of the country, but also the network of remote regional sites collecting hazardous waste in Lithuania at large.
