In order to eliminate the trace of the activities of the organizations in the environment, we use the core principles of the circular economy in waste management – we extend the useful life of products and materials and thus contribute to the reduction of pollution and the regeneration of natural systems. Therefore, as soon as both hazardous and non-hazardous waste reach Žalvaris warehouses, they are treated and prepared for recycling – various products will be produced of them in the future: from agricultural fertilizers to vehicle engines, steel beams, railway tracks and various fast-moving consumer good packaging. Also, the part of waste is used in the production of electricity and heat.

Considering the economic and social benefits of the available means and actions, we apply these principles to settle all the challenges of managing waste flows in companies. In this way, we directly contribute to their introduction, implementation and promotion in the practice of particular industries.
